The basic definition of a team is: “Any group of people who need each other to accomplish a result.” Based upon your current study of teamwork, how would you introduce the idea of teamwork to your organization, assuming the members are minimally familiar with the concept? If you do not participate in any organization, you may “create” one. b. Who should be included on the team? Who should lead the team? What is the team’s purpose? What are the team’s goals?
